Abstract(s)
Cíl: Vyhodnotit podíl osobnostního profilu a dalších psychosomatických faktorů, které se mohou podílet vedle známých somatických rizikových faktorů na etiopatogenezi karcinomu endometria. Pomocí multidimenzionálního osobnostního inventáře MMPI-2 stanovit typické emoční stavy a osobnostní struktury pacientek s diagnózou zhoubného nádoru děložního těla.

All patients on admition were examined by the clinical psychologist by means of the standardised Minnesota personality inventory MMPI-2. -- Results: Our study confirmed signinicantly increas in the scale of depression, anxiety, psychastenia, social introversion, low self-respect, A – type behaviour and hostility comparing to the control group of healthy women. On the other hand there were no changes in the scale of hysteria and lie. A role of clinical psychologist in the complex treatment of oncological pateints was stressed.
