Abstrakt(y)
The present essay deals with neo-ottomanist views on Albanian history in general and on history and historical role of Albanian islam in particular. It explains the roots of neo-ottomanism and the way how this originally Turkish school of scholarship was accepted in field of Albaninan studies.
