Abstract(s)
Článek shrnuje výsledky výzkumu, který byl proveden studenty Masarykovy univerzity v Brně pro projekt MyS3 – Mystery shopping v knihovnách. Výzkum byl zaměřen na zjišťování zájmu ředitelů a pracovníků knihoven o aplikaci mystery shoppingu do jejich knihoven. Dále odhaluje, zda považují knihovny a jejich management hodnocení služeb za důležité a zda o ně mají zájem. Výzkum také ukázal povědomí o výzkumné metodě mystery shoppingu. Metodou výzkumu byl dotazník rozesílaný v online podobě.
The article summarizes the results of research, which was performed by students of Masaryk university in Brno for project MyS3 – Mystery shopping in libraries. The research was focused on the interest of directors and other library staff in application of mystery shopping in their libraries. Further reveals whether libraries and their management consider assessment of service important and if they are interested in it. The research also found out general awareness of mystery shopping research method. Online inquiry questionnaire was used as method of research.
