Abstract(s)
Časová perspektiva představuje specifický způsob konstruování toku času do minulého, přítomného a budoucího rámce.
Time perspective is a specific way of designing the flow of time into past, present and future framework. Zimbardo speaks of an ideal and balanced time perspective as the best possible ways of setting our minds. Many people tend to overestimate only one time frame and ignore the others, which often results in amaladaptive way of thinking, behavior and experience. Time perspective was examined in the context of a wide variety of psychological and psychopathological phenomena. The article gives insight to their relationship.
