Abstrakt(y)

This study concerns the commercial activities of Baťa in the late 1930s. The analysis covers the main flow of investments in the context of the difficult international situation. Furthermore, it examines the activity of each human resource centre and interprets the internal and external factors that influenced the range and form of employees' relocation abroad.
